Shipping

We provide free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $50 for up to 8 lbs.

We are headquartered in the United States and fulfill orders from our warehouse in California. Please note orders need 1-2 business days from the time you place your order online for it to ship from our warehouse. You will receive an email with a tracking number upon shipment.

International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks from California to your residence. We also offer Priority Mail International shipping which typically arrives within 8-10 days from California to your residence.

Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the purchase of your Kablo products. If for some reason it doesn't work out, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange or refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
