We’re confident you’re going to take great care of your Kablo bottle. We also know accidents happen, which is why we have a 365-day one-time free replacement policy. If your glass bottle breaks within the first year of purchase, we will ship you a replacement for free and cover the shipping cost. If you need a replacement, email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of your broken Kablo bottle, the original receipt (email or physical), order number, how it broke and most importantly, why you love your Kablo bottle.
Our 365-day policy applies to each Kablo bottle purchased and is limited to a one-time replacement per bottle. It is only valid within the first 365 days of purchase. You don’t have to ship anything back to us, you will receive a brand new Kablo bottle with the lid in our original packaging.
